The final scheme accommodated four therapy rooms with two shower cabins, a hall for zero-gravity massage chairs, and an attached pantry and reception. Based on customer feedback from the earlier stores, two additional therapy rooms were integrated, enhancing privacy and capacity. A carefully chosen material palette gave the spa its humble yet distinctive Indian aesthetic. Burnt earthen tiles clad the therapy room walls—deep burnt tones in the couple rooms and charcoal black in another—while an amoebic false ceiling tied all the rooms together with soft cove lighting. Black wood doors, basalt stone floors, and textured grey and terracotta-colored walls formed the backdrop, accented by snazzy marble highlights at door jambs, mirrors, and sink counters.

The overall layout, with its central aangan reminiscent of a village haat, created a culturally rooted yet contemporary space for weary travelers to rest and rejuvenate. Visual merchandising, designed by SO Design Lab in consultation with Bayhauz, punctuated the elevation with curated elements that clearly communicated the range of services offered. Like the previous projects, this outlet demanded speed, precision, and collaboration. With strict timelines set by airport authorities, our team coordinated closely with clients, contractors, and on-site execution teams to deliver high-quality drawings and ensure smooth realization. The resulting spa demonstrates how identity, atmosphere, and efficiency can be achieved across varying scales in the challenging environment of an international airport.
