Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
This project remains one of the highlights of our portfolio. Fourth Partner Energy, a leading solar integration company in the renewable sector, entrusted us with transforming a 5,000 sq ft bare shell on the 11th floor in Begumpet, Hyderabad. Despite pandemic challenges and an uncooperative building team, Bayhauz saw the project through with determination and care.

The office is anchored by Black Kadappa stone floors, which lend a cool, grounding serenity. At its heart lies an open-plan workspace, with custom-designed tables of steel and wood, finished with white Banswada marble and stained glass partitions. Flanking the central workspace are multipurpose stepped zones — an amphitheatre inspired by traditional stepwells. Here, professionals can move between focused individual work and collaborative discussions, spilling naturally from tables to steps.
The design weaves in art and narrative: stained glass panels by Hyderabad artist Fouzia Ahmed, cyanotype textiles by Kalai Vani from Auroville, and custom laser-cut steel plates with inspirational quotes. Money plants climb the columns, softening the interior, while filtered daylight creates a dynamic play of shadow and texture. Together, these elements transform the workplace into a vibrant, performative environment aligned with Fourth Partner Energy's ethos.
